Weekly Update 01/02

Happy New Year Students and Families! Welcome Back! We hope you’ve enjoyed a restful and fun Holiday Break. We start the semester with Athletics in full swing.

This week, all teams return to regular practice. While there are no games scheduled until 01/09, it is extremely important that all Athletes make all practices as we come out of break.

All Home Basketball games are FREE for Tapestry Students. Games are $5 for adults. We encourage all fans to wear their best Titan Red!

Mid-Season Parent Meeting

We have a parent meeting scheduled for Monday, 01/08 at 5:45pm in the Tapestry Library. The Coaching Staff and Athletic Director will be on hand. Please bring all of your questions about basketball season!

Gym Repairs

Gym repairs and upgrades are ongoing! We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue the work of making our gym a safe and fun place for our Athletes!

Home GameDay Prep

Home Games don’t work unless WE do! All parents of student athletes are asked to work at least one home game!

Please use the link below to sign up and work the Concession Stand, Gate or Scorer’s Table.

**NOTE* All volunteer hours contribute toward Tapestry’s volunteer hours requirement. This is an easy way to get hours and see a game!

Fee Payment

Fees for Fall Sports (Volleyball, Soccer & XC) are now OVERDUE! Winter Sports Fees (Cheer & Basketball) are due now!

Sports Dues for the 2023-2024 season are $200 per student. We are also offering a multi-sport discount for our athletes. The first sport is $200, second sport is $150 and a third sport is $100. Additionally, we are offering a sibling discount of 10%. Each additional sibling playing any sport is eligible for this discount. Please email [email protected] if you have questions.

We are excited to offer a one stop shop for student fees this year! Fees will be collected using MyMealOrder.com, the same program we use for school lunch. Please login or sign up for a school account at MyMealOrder.com Once logged in, click Fees and Activities at the top and then click the icon for your sport to make your payment! Use the drop down list at the top left to toggle between the students in your Family. Rosters have been added, please email the team if your student is not listed!

-Coach A will host Shoot-Around on Wednesday & Thursday after practice until 6pm, and on Friday 3:45-5:00 pm. Players are encouraged to work on individual skills during this time to recover from loss of practice time during the break. This is not a babysitting service or playtime. Athletes who are not actively working on skills will be asked to leave.
