Good Evening Titans!

The Weekly Update is below! We will celebrate our Senior Soccer, XC and Volleyball athletes in their Final Home Games on Oct 5th.

Fee Payment

Sports Dues for the 2023-2024 season are $200 per student. We are also offering a multi-sport discount for our athletes. The first sport is $200, second sport is $150 and a third sport is $100. Additionally, we are offering a sibling discount of 10%. Each additional sibling playing any sport is eligible for this discount. Please email [email protected] if you have questions.

We are excited to offer a one stop shop for student fees this year! Fees will be collected using MyMealOrder.com, the same program we use for school lunch. Please login or sign up for a school account at MyMealOrder.com Once logged in, click Fees and Activities at the top and then click the icon for your sport to make your payment! Use the drop down list at the top left to toggle between the students in your Family. Rosters have been added, please email the team if your student is not listed!

Upcoming Games

Join our Titan Athletes at Groveway Park, Silverbacks Park, and the Tapestry Gym this week as we close out our Soccer and Volleyball regular season games.

Middle School Soccer competes in the 1st Round of Playoffs on Monday 10/02.

All Home Volleyball games are FREE for Tapestry Students. Games are $5 for adults.

Home Soccer games are hosted at Silverbacks Park and are FREE for all attending. Fields are just an 8 minute drive from Tapestry!

Volleyball

-Team will practice Wednesday

-Tuesday’s volleyball game is HOME vs Cottage. MS 4pm, Varsity 5pm In the Tapestry Gym.

-Thursday’s volleyball game is HOME vs Howard, 4:30pm. In the Tapestry Gym.

Cheerleading

-All Cheer will practice Monday and Tuesday this week (10/2 & 10/3)

Soccer

-No MS or Varsity Practice this week

-Middle School is currently ranked #2 in the APAC league and will play in the playoffs on Monday 10/02 at Groveway Park Upper Field, 4:00pm. Students will depart campus at 3:00pm via a Transport Van

-If MS wins Monday, they will play in the Championship Game on Wednesday 10/04 at Groveway Park Upper Field, 4pm. Students will depart campus at 3:00pm via a Transport Van. If MS does not win, they will not play on Wednesday. There is no MS consolation game this year.

-Tuesday’s Varsity game is Home vs Cottage at Silverbacks Field (Lower Back Field 2) at 4:30pm. Students will be transported via DCSD School Bus. This game is not on our regular field. Fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs, or stand.

-Tuesday’s Varsity game is Home vs Howard at Silverbacks Field (Stadium Field 3) at 4:30pm. Students will be transported via DCSD School Bus.

Senior Night

-We will Celebrate our Senior Student Athletes in their Final Home Games this Thursday 10/05. Volleyball players will receive a special gift from the Athletics Team before their game as well as a shout out before the game begins. Soccer players will also receive a special gift from the Athletics team and a shout out at halftime of their game. Families and loved ones are encouraged to attend and cheer on the Class of 2024!

Cross Country (XC)

-Team will practice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week

-The final APAC and AAC Meets will be held Thursday 10/12 at Mill Springs Academy.

Basketball

-No Open Gym this week.

-Final Open Gym date, Tuesday 10/10

-Middle School Final tryout date is Thursday 10/12. Every MS student who wishes to tryout for Basketball must attend from 3:45-5:15pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! Students who do not attend, arrive late or leave early will be ineligible.

-Girls Basketball Final tryout date is Thursday 10/12. Every girl in grades 6-12 who wishes to tryout for Basketball must attend from 3:45-5:15pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! Students who do not attend, arrive late or leave early will be ineligible.

-Varsity Final tryout date is Friday 10/13. Every HS student who wishes to tryout for Basketball must attend from 3:45-5:15pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! Students who do not attend, arrive late or leave early will be ineligible.

-Students should be working to complete their BINGO and Check In/Check Out sheets.
